Goal: Fastest and most cost-effective path. Client delivers all assets ready to publish.
Content Responsibility: Client Delivers Final Content: Client organizes, proofreads, and delivers all final copy, images, and documents ready for direct implementation.
Pages Included: 5 Essential Pages (e.g., Home, Contact, Services, Gallery, FAQ).
Training: 1-hour session on how to update and manage the platform.
Estimated Development Timeline: 4–6 Weeks
Tier 2: Full-Service Launch (Managed Content)
Goal: Accelerated completion with professional content organization and editing assistance.
Content Responsibility: Developer Refines Content: We handle the editing, organization, and copy-editing of raw materials and preparation of assets for the web.
Pages Included: All pages in Tier 1, plus any additional pages or sections needed for comprehensive coverage.
Training: 2 x 1-hour sessions (one for platform usage, one for content management).
Estimated Development Timeline: 6–8 Weeks
Critical Timelines & Project Gateway
Project Start Queue: Work commences 10 business days after form submission. Please contact us directly before purchasing for current queue waiting times.
Maximum Duration: The final launch date (including client revisions and asset collection) may extend up to 6 months from the start date.

To officially begin development work, you must clear the Project Gateway by completing a single, non-negotiable step:
Immediately after purchasing your selected Tier, check your email for the Mandatory Website Project Kick-Off & Service Agreement Form.
This single form consolidates the Service Agreement, Discovery Questionnaire, and Contact Confirmation. Your work queue timeline starts only after payment is confirmed AND this form is fully submitted.
Ongoing Platform Fees (External Costs)
Please note that these external operational costs are managed and paid for directly by the client.
- Website Platform Subscription: Covers hosting, security, and platform maintenance. Approximate Monthly cost: $39 CAD.
- Booking App Fee: Varies based on features needed (e.g., unlimited bookings, calendar sync). Approximate Monthly cost: $15 – $30 CAD.
- Annual Domain Renewal Fee: Cost to renew the domain name (.com or .ca) after the first year. Approximate Annual cost: $15 – $25 CAD.
